Wrong size, not satisfied? No stress!  We have a 14 days return policy. This time limit starts after you’ve received the package. Return costs are not included, they are on you.

 

You can notify us that you want to return your items 14 calendar days after receiving the package. After notifying us, you will have 14 days calendar days to ship it and for us to receive the package.

We have no free return option, it is at your cost.

Follow the instructions below.

The items must be returned in original condition. This includes the brand-tag and plastic bag. Please place the item in this bag for protection. All of this is to be placed inside a cardboard box. Any other way of packaging might lead to a non-refund.

 

You will need to have a Track & Trace code for your returned items, if in any case your package gets lost. Without proof, a refund is not applicable.

 

If you need a different size, colour or item, place a new order and follow the instructions below.

After completion you will receive the refund within a period of 14 days

 

Items bought at an ANC stock sale are non-refundable.
